Authentication Failed

You may run into the “Authentication Failed” message when trying to log into Corrensa toolbar on Outlook, Gmail or Office 365. The possible issues are:

  • Authentication Failed: Invalid VTiger Username or Password
  • Authentication Failed: URL is unavailable
  • Authentication Failed: User is not found
  • Authentication Failed: User is not activated
