At Corrensa, the operator of the Office add-in Corrensa – Outlook integration for VTiger, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.

However, we would like to point out that data transmissions via internet (e.g. e-mail communication) cannot be entirely secure and may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of personal details against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible.

Office Store

When you install the Office add-in we do collect personal data provided by the Microsoft Office Store. The data contains your name and e-mail address. Those data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit permission.

Information We Collect

Through your use of the Website or Services, we collect personal information, which is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to you as an identifiable individual. While we do not require you to provide personal information in order to navigate the Website, we may need to collect personal information if you choose to engage in certain activities on our Website or use our Services.

In order to use the Services, you would need to provide two types of information: your personal account information (billing) and crm details (vtiger)

• Account Information includes contact information, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and fax number; billing information, such as your credit or debit card information; and information about your organization.
• Services purchased from Corrensa via credit card are processed through Chargify. The card number is passed securely to Chargify and a token is received in return. At no time is your credit card number stored by Corrensa.
• To establish connection between the crm (vtiger) and Outlook, you will be required to authenticate the add-in by installing corrensa connector on your VTiger instance. At the time of the authentication/configuration we collect vtiger data field headers(labels/field names), permission structure established by sharing access/profiles/roles, picklists field values, user preferences (currency, decimal spacing/grouping, date & time format, unique identifier, access key).

What do we do with the information collected?

The information collected is not shared or sold. The information is used to improve the product.

Tracking

We track the usage of the add-in anonymously to provide data to our development. Which features are used more often, which errors occur, etc. You cannot turn of this reporting.

SSL Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential data, we do protect all connections with SSL.

Right to Information, Deletion, Blocking

You have the right to be informed about your person-related data, their origin and addressee and the purpose of data processing as well as the right to correction, blocking or deletion of those data at any time and free of charge.
